Delivery is charged at the following rates:
Orders under £26
Lower value orders qualify for our small item £2.99 standard delivery service.
Orders £26 - £49.99
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £4.99
Courier Delivery (1-2 working days) - £8.99
Orders £50+
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - Free
Courier Delivery (1-2 working days) - £8.99
Orders £149+
Also qualify for a reduced courier delivery charge of £4.99
How We Deliver Your Order
We use a variety of delivery services including, but not limited to Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and Hermes. The delivery service used to deliver your order will vary depending on the order value and size.
If no one is in when delivery is attempted a card will be left for you to explain what will happen next, this may include you having to organise a redelivery or collection from the relevant depot. Failure to collect the item will mean the item is returned back to us. If the parcel is returned to us due to failure of collection or an incorrect address then we have the right to charge for sending the item out again, or to refund the order minus the delivery charge it cost for the item to be originally sent out - generally this is a standard charge of £4.99 for smaller orders and £11 for higher value items needing a fully tracked service. Please note however that this charge maybe higher when a large order is returned due to non-delivery.

All prices are as shown on our website and are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).
Currently we only supply to the UK and all orders should be placed on our website.
Orders placed on-line will be confirmed automatically by email. This does not guarantee that we can meet your order. We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.
You will be contacted if your order cannot be met or if there is a delay in dispatch. If any part of your order can not be fulfilled for any reason you will be refunded as appropriate.

Pre-orders & Personal Shopper Purchases
By ordering a pre-order item or placing a personal shopper request, you are accepting that full payment will be taken at the time of placing the order and that the stock will arrive at a later date and will not be dispatched to you within normal delivery times. Further information can be found on each product page and as delivery times are subject to change due to stock availability, we strongly recommend that you always check this information before placing your order.
We will always provide an estimate of when the items are expected to arrive, however this could be extended due to unforeseen circumstances and at no fault of our own. If this does happen, you will be kept fully informed and may be given the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
If you decide to cancel a pre order / personal shopper purchase for any other reason, there is a charge of £10 per item to cancel. By placing a pre order or using our personal shopper service you are accepting this condition.
Once the stock arrives we will dispatch your order and you will receive an email with tracking information.
